Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the process and conditions for cancelling an order placed on our platform. It forms part of our overall Terms of Service.

• Log in to your GLETR account
• Navigate to the "My Orders" section
• Find the order you wish to cancel
• If eligible, click the Cancel Order button and follow prompts

If the button is not visible, the order has moved beyond automatic cancellation. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

2.2 After Seller Confirmation (Before Shipping)

• Ready-to-Ship Jewellery: Cancel anytime before dispatch for a full refund.
• Made-to-Order Jewellery: Cancellation after production starts is at seller discretion; 15–25% fee may apply.
• Customized Jewellery: Non-cancellable once seller confirms and customization starts.

2.3 After Shipping

Once an order is marked as "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled. Instead, initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

• Item is out of stock
• Unable to source materials
• Listing error (e.g., pricing, description)

In such cases, you will be notified and receive a 100% refund.

• Refund Method: Back to your original payment method.
• Timeline: Initiated within 2–3 business days; banks may take 5–10 more days.

GLETR may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of our platform indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
