Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders containing customised, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time. The estimated production time will be displayed on the applicable product page or communicated separately.

Business days generally exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

Indicative delivery timelines within India are:

• Metro cities: Approximately 5–7 business days
• Other locations: Approximately 7–9 business days
• Remote / difficult-to-service locations: Approximately 9–12 business days

• We offer a hassle-free 7-days (from the date of delivery) return and exchange for products bought at MRP.
• Items will be considered for refund/exchange only if it is unused and unaltered
• Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
